10 years older and wiser too!

Oh my word! Is it really the year 2010? Where has the time gone? It seems like yesterday that we were all getting ready for the year 2000. Remember Y2K? The year was 1999 and the world was in utter chaos. Planes were going to fall from the sky. Computer systems were going to fail. We had the best supply in our food storage ever. The year 2000 seemed so daunting. And here we are 10 years later. No planes fell from the sky. Computers and technology are better than ever. We have all the wheat and dry milk we could ever ask for. Life is good! If there is anything more daunting than the year 2000 then it is my list of resolutions. So I'll spare my readers and just say that 2010 is my year to grow closer to Him. ( I know Mark, it doesn't exaclty rhyme). But 2010 is also "our" year to get thin. (Get thin in 2010, Mark's idea). So here's to the year 2010! Peace, love, hope!
